High-performance SabreTooth Blue Flex band blades provide precision cutting and durability with a perfect combination of hardened tooth tips and a flexible blade back. Engineered in Germany from high-quality strip steel for reliability and added longevity, the Blue Flex stands out with tooth tips hardened to an impressive 60 - 62 HRC and a straightened blade back, amplifying resilience and service life. Its flexibility and unique tooth shape work harmoniously to mitigate the risk of fracture, setting it apart from conventional bandsaw blades.

IMPORTANT: In all cases, regular and precise blade maintenance is critical for milling straight, smooth lumber and extending blade life. Sharpen your blades at least every couple of hours of milling and reset the teeth regularly. Please note that there is no warranty on consumable items, such as belts, blades, or bearings.
